* Payment    - 100% T/T deposit in advance
* Charge      - 10% extra charge will be claimed for samples, the extra charge will be returned to buyer against official order.
* Shipment  - Ex-works. or arrange the express servcie of DHL, FedEx, UPS depending customer prepaid the expense to us.
* Logo          - All samples are with neutral packaging and manual and no logo.
* Lead-time - within 7 days after sample charged confirmed.

* Small order ≤ US$8,000
   - US$300 charge will be claimed for order amount less US$8,000 as the handling-fee to China Customs. or
   - Shipment is Ex-works, and customer arrange forwarder to pick up the cargo.
 
* Payment:
  ≤ US$10,000 – 100% T/T deposit in advance 
  ≥ US$10,000 – 30% T/T deposit in advance and 70% T/T before shipment 
  ≥ US$50,000 – at sight L/C or T/T after shipment are negotiable
 
* Lead-time: 
   - DIY Kits:                                  25 days
   - Cameras & Doorphone:     15 days
   - DVR & Monitors:                   20 days
     ( abobve is estimated Lead Time, case by case depends on models and quantity each order )

  * Camera & Doorphone       -  1% free quantity or 12 month
  * DVR & DIY kits & Monitor – 18 month
 
  -  Unless otherwise specified, the warranty starting date is shipment date. This warranty only apply to the products with inherent
electrical or mechanical defects, and does not include any defects resulting from any majeure, or incorrect installation or use of
the Buyer or User.
 
   -  undertakes to repair the defective products free of charge and return the repaired products to buyer by prepaid seafreight. Buyer promise that the return defective products are no alteration or additions are made or repairs undertaken and prepaid the freight /
insurance to Company’s warehouse.
